🚚 Shipping Information

  • Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 1PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.
  • Delivery Time: 2–4 working days across the UK mainland.
  • Couriers: We ship via DPD, Royal Mail, and EVRi depending on item size and delivery address.
  • Shipping Cost: Free UK delivery on all orders over £50. A standard flat rate applies to orders below this threshold.
  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 1PM Friday or over the weekend are processed the next working day.

📦 Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your parcel directly through the courier's website using this number.
  • If you haven't received tracking info within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

↩️ Returns

  • Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
  • How to Start a Return: Contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number to receive return authorisation and instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

💷 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Need a different size, model, or variant? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests follow the same condition requirements as returns (unused, original packaging).

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund — including return shipping costs — for verified faulty or incorrect items.
