🚚 Shipping Information

Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 1PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.
Delivery Time: 2–4 working days across the UK mainland.
Couriers: We ship via DPD, Royal Mail, and EVRi depending on item size and delivery address.
Shipping Cost: Free UK delivery on all orders over £50. A standard flat rate applies to orders below this threshold.
Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 1PM Friday or over the weekend are processed the next working day.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
You can track your parcel directly through the courier's website using this number.
If you haven't received tracking info within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
How to Start a Return: Contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number to receive return authorisation and instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Need a different size, model, or variant? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests follow the same condition requirements as returns (unused, original packaging).

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund — including return shipping costs — for verified faulty or incorrect items.
