🚚 Shipping Information
- Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 1PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.
- Delivery Time: 2–4 working days across the UK mainland.
- Couriers: We ship via DPD, Royal Mail, and EVRi depending on item size and delivery address.
- Shipping Cost: Free UK delivery on all orders over £50. A standard flat rate applies to orders below this threshold.
- Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 1PM Friday or over the weekend are processed the next working day.
📦 Order Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
- You can track your parcel directly through the courier's website using this number.
- If you haven't received tracking info within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
↩️ Returns
- Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
- How to Start a Return: Contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number to receive return authorisation and instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
💷 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
🔄 Exchanges
- Need a different size, model, or variant? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests follow the same condition requirements as returns (unused, original packaging).
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund — including return shipping costs — for verified faulty or incorrect items.
